granted to the original
protagonist V, to save
the President. Hollywood
actors Keanu Reeves and
Idris Elba make
appearances to the
storyline. Phantom
Liberty also include
upgrades to the game in
general such as advanced
police A.I. when
committing crimes, and
cars with mounted
weapons for vehicular
combat. A new radio
station with 15 new
tracks, by independent
artist that are fans of
the game will be added
to the dial.
